1. Agreement to Terms

By creating a BizTrack account or using any part of the platform at biztrackgh.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use BizTrack.

These terms apply to all merchants who sign up for an account. A separate section covers customers who interact with merchant storefronts.

2. What BizTrack Is

BizTrack is a business management platform that provides:

BizTrack is a management tool, not a payment processor. We do not handle, hold, or process money on your behalf. All payments between merchants and their customers happen directly via MoMo or other methods outside of BizTrack.

6. Your Storefront and Customers

When you enable a BizTrack storefront:

BizTrack is not a party to any transaction between you and your customers. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, refund disputes, product quality issues, or any other merchant-customer matters.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all business data, product information, and content you upload to BizTrack.

By using BizTrack, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images, logos, or other content you upload — including that you are not infringing on anyone else's intellectual property.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep BizTrack available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

We take reasonable steps to protect your data including regular automated backups. However, you are encouraged to keep your own records of critical business information.

We are not liable for data loss resulting from technical failures, user error, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, BizTrack and its owners are not liable for:

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days upon request, subject to legal retention requirements.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of BizTrack after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
